Good news for Apple fans as the upcoming iPhone 7 might come with a larger battery (although it’s still smaller than its Android-powered rivals). According to leakster @OnLeaks, the new device might sport a 1960mAh battery, as compared to the 1715mAh battery found on the current iPhone 6S.
his is especially good to hear considering that even the iPhone 6 had a larger battery than the iPhone 6S (1810mAh). However, @OnLeaks has let people know that while his source is “pretty reliable, it’s “not 100% but almost...” A large battery would always be a welcome addition to the iPhone, especially now that many people are now out and about playing Pokemon Go for hours on end.
It was earlier reported that Apple may also finally ditch the 16GB version of the iPhone 7 and offer 32GB of storage in the base version. Further, Apple may also offer the Pro variant of the iPhone 7 besides the standard and Plus variants. Prices for the phone might start at CNY 5,288 (approx. Rs. 53,000).
A few days ago, an image of the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 was posted online. The image suggested that the new phone may feature redesigned antenna lines that go around the top and bottom of the device instead of the through the rear panel. Further, the camera lens also seems to larger than the current generation of iPhones.
